How do you know it is actually clean?

What we can legitimately document
That contaminated porous material was removed, that remaining surfaces were cleaned and treated with a product registered for the purpose at its contact time, and that the affected materials reached the dry standard measured against an unaffected part of the same house. That is a process record, and it is real.
What we do not certify

Independent verification, where it is wanted

What about pets?

Should we move things out ourselves?
