Prime Restoration is a Michigan licensed residential builder and full-service restoration company led by founder and CEO Cole Hartwell, an IICRC-certified water damage restoration specialist. With 80 years of combined Michigan restoration experience across our crew, our mission is to provide Southeast Michigan homeowners and businesses with honest, high-quality restoration services when they need it most. From water damage, fires, and storms to mold remediation and full reconstruction, we have grown into one of the region's most trusted restoration companies.
