Scheduled checking, before it is a problem worth calling about.
A caught-early patch of moisture usually costs a few hundred dollars to correct. Left alone, the same patch can turn into a $1,500–$9,000 job. Mold Watch is a fixed-price membership that puts a Prime Restoration technician back in your basement or crawlspace on a schedule, with a written result every time.

Nobody plans a mold remediation job. It becomes necessary quietly: a slow leak behind a shower wall, a sump pump that struggles in a wet spring, a musty smell nobody investigated for a few months. By the time it is visible, the moisture has usually been there long enough for the scope to have grown well past the original leak.
24–48 hrs
roughly how soon growth can start on wet building material once it is sitting there, long before it is visible
$1,500–$9,000
the typical cost range once mold remediation actually becomes necessary in Macomb and Oakland County. It is the number that grows the longer moisture sits unnoticed.
$500–$1,500
what a small, caught-early patch usually costs to correct. That outcome is what scheduled checking is built to produce.
Cost figures reflect the range published on Prime Restoration's mold removal page for Macomb and Oakland County, not a promise about your specific property.
Not every house has the same exposure. Macomb and Oakland County's own housing stock, foundation type, and age drive most of the difference, and Prime Restoration has real job history in these cities to show for it.
Not in one of these cities? Mold Watch still applies. These are the patterns Prime has seen most, not the only houses it covers.
No property-size math, no upsell call. Pick the visit frequency that matches how worried you are and what your house has been through.

Quarterly (4 visits / year)
$69/mo
$828/yr, vs. $1600 for the same 4 visits booked one at a time (save $772/yr)
A visit every season, plus a small amount of preventive treatment work folded into the membership itself.
All three: cancel anytime, no term commitment. Pay 12 months up front on any tier and get one month free.
Basic, Seasonal, or Full Watch. There is no property-size math and no upsell call. The tiers differ by how often we come, not by square footage.
Visits land inside a window you agree to at enrollment. Members get priority over new inspection requests, so a Watch visit never gets bumped for someone calling in cold.
Every visit ends in a plain-language report: what was checked, what read wet, what read dry. Nothing is filed away unread; you see the same readings the technician does.
An active membership carries a 15% discount on any work performed under Prime Restoration’s Microbial Treatment Service Agreement or Microbial Treatment Agreement. It is the same paperwork any customer signs for that work, just at a lower price because you were already a member.
A trust signal costs something to say out loud, or it is not worth saying. This is the same limiting language in the actual agreement a member signs. It is not softened for the website and tightened for the paperwork.
Mold Watch is for checking on a schedule, going forward. If something specific is bothering you right now, such as a smell, a stain, or a spot you noticed this week, book the single Mold Inspection & Assessment visit first. It is priced the same way, on its own paperwork, and you can add a membership afterward if you want the checking to continue.
| One-time visit | Mold Watch | |

| Best for | A concern you have right now | Ongoing peace of mind, scheduled |
| Treatment discount | None | 15% while membership is active |
| Commitment | None (single visit) | None (cancel anytime) |

Had a really good experience with Prime Restoration for mold remediation. They were professional, clear about the process, and actually made me feel confident about the process. Not pushy. I'd definitely recommend them around Bloomfield Hills
I called five different companies for restoration work, and Prime Restoration was hands down the fastest and most fair on price. They got me a quote the same day, while others were still "getting back to me." Their team works fast.
The Prime Restoration team was absolutely fantastic! Very professional and communicative. Completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!
The one-time Mold Inspection & Assessment visit ($400, or $700 with a lab air sample) is a single visit for a specific concern, priced and signed on its own. Mold Watch is the same kind of visit, scheduled on a recurring basis at a fixed monthly price, with priority booking and a discount if treatment work is ever needed. If you already have a concern today, book the one-time visit first. If you want the same checking done on a schedule going forward, that is what the membership is for.
A visual walk of the agreed areas, moisture meter readings at the spots most likely to hold water first, and a written report the same day or the next business day, saying plainly what read wet and what read dry. It is the same method used on Prime Restoration’s one-time inspection visits, just on a set schedule.
Yes. There is no term commitment on any tier. Cancel whenever you want, with no cancellation fee, and the membership ends at the close of the billing period you already paid for.
Active members get 15% off any work performed under the Microbial Treatment Service Agreement (smaller, surface-level work) or the Microbial Treatment Agreement (work that includes removing affected material). That work is always priced and signed separately from the membership itself: the membership pays for the checking, the treatment agreement pays for the treatment, at a lower price because you were already a member.
No. This membership is a private-pay preventive service with no connection to an insurance claim. If you have an active water-loss claim, that is handled under Prime Restoration’s separate water-damage process, not this membership.
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. Mold is naturally present in the environment. What scheduled checking does is catch a developing problem earlier than a homeowner is likely to notice one on their own, and that is where the real cost difference lives. A caught-early patch runs a few hundred dollars to correct; a problem that sits for months can run into the thousands.
Prime Restoration manages both the inspection visits and any treatment work that follows, under its own paperwork for each. There is no separate outside inspector required before treatment can happen. The same team that checks can also treat, if that is what you choose.
Call and ask. Membership terms, including any pause or hold, are set at enrollment in writing, and we would rather adjust a schedule than have you cancel outright over a temporary situation.
If you already know you want a year of visits, paying annually gets you one month free on any tier, roughly an 8% discount. Monthly billing is available on every tier with no penalty either way; it is a convenience option, not a upsell.
