Baseboards, casing, and crown are installed and painted. Walls and ceilings are painted to match or refresh.
Cabinets are installed or repaired. Fixtures, hardware, and finish plumbing are re-installed.
The project is walked with the homeowner. Punch list items are addressed before closeout.

Yes. We self-perform drywall, trim, paint, flooring, and finish carpentry. Specialty trades like roofing, plumbing, and electrical are coordinated with licensed subcontractors.
Paint is color-matched from a chip or sample. Trim is profiled and matched at a local millwork shop if discontinued. Flooring is matched from the existing stock when possible, or transitioned at a logical break when not.
Prime Restoration is a licensed restoration contractor, not a public adjuster. Under Michigan law (MCL 500.1201) only the homeowner or a licensed public adjuster can negotiate an insurance claim. What we do is document the full project scope in Xactimate so you have clear line-item paperwork to submit to your carrier.
